After graduating from a leading business school and having gained more than twenty years of experience in management, I came to the conviction that sustainable success is built on people.

From this conviction is born Vision Human Consulting, an audit and consulting firm that helps organizations optimize their human dynamics by making the often invisible elements visibles and turning them into powerful drivers of success.
