Vision Human Consulting believes that successful transformation cannot be decreed,  it must be experienced.

That’s why my approach draws inspiration from the Californian ODC (Organizational Dynamic Change) method, an innovative approach born in the heart of Silicon Valley, and still little known in France.

Designed to place people at the center of performance, ODC turns invisible dynamics within an organization into tangible levers of growth.

It engages each participant in a shared experience where awareness becomes a driver for action, and authentic change naturally emerges from lived interactions.

The Vision Human’s method is not a “training”,  it creates change. We don’t talk about transformation: we build it together.

The ODC method is based on a simple principle:
