Karen Schenck has spent more than twenty years in sales strategy, marketing, management and customer experience. Field experience that taught her to recognise what dashboards don't show: the gaps between what is decided and what is actually lived inside the organisation.
She founded Vision Human Consulting to put this cross-functional reading at the service of businesses, with a method, ODC, and a standard: actionable recommendations, clear objectives and tracking indicators.
